This year at PoliMonitor
At PoliMonitor, we like to say that everything we build is a result of someone asking us for it.
That’s not just marketing guff, it’s really true. As a result, I think we’ve got the best political monitoring platform in the business … and because we respond to the needs of our users, it keeps getting better.
As we approach the end of the year, I’ve been reflecting on all the things we’ve built this year and I thought I’d share the list. I’m planning to do this more regularly next year.
This covers most of our customer-facing changes, but we’ve also built a number of in-house tools to make sure that our small-but-highly-talented team can keep delivering the exceptional customer service that our clients have come to know and expect.
So, with a deep breath, here’s the list …if there’s something in here that sounds interesting and you’d like a demo - our customer success team would be more than happy to oblige!
Increased coverage of Northern Ireland, London and Scotland
Flexible timing and forwarding - results where and when you want them
The PoliMonitor Daily Briefing (which is awesome)
A feedback button for alert results - making results more relevant
Instant notifications for relevant changes to the Commons Order Paper
A custom data export tool for one of our clients, matching their workflow
Many tweaks to our user interface
Improved coverage of draft statutory instruments
Keyword highlighting in briefings - easily spot what’s relevant to you

Dozens of new sources for specific clients (Twitter and publications)
Contact details for Ministers, SPADs and MPs’ staff
